The WUKA Stretch™ Mid Thong is everything you love about a thong, but with a lower rise and period protection built in. It absorbs period blood, discharge and light leaks, so you feel dry and comfortable with nothing extra to wear.
HOW IT WORKS
The same Stretch™ Technology you know, with a waist that sits lower on your hips. One pair stretches to fit up to 4 sizes. The absorbent gusset holds 10–15ml of period blood, which is about the same as 2–3 tampons or 1–2 pads. You can wear it instead of a tampon or liner, or with a menstrual cup as backup.

What’s the difference between the Stretch™ Thong and the Stretch™ Mid Thong?
Just the rise. The Mid Thong sits lower on your waist, which makes it ideal with low-rise jeans and cropped tops. The fabric, gusset and absorbency are exactly the same.
How much period blood does the Stretch™ Mid Thong hold?
It’s made for light flow and holds 10–15ml of period blood, about the same as 2–3 tampons.
What makes the Stretch™ fabric special?
Our patented Stretch™ fabric moves with your body, so one pair fits up to 4 sizes.
What gusset does the Stretch™ Mid Thong have?
A mid-height gusset, like all our Stretch™ period underwear. The “Mid” in the name refers to the waist, not the gusset.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes. It’s comfortable enough for everyday wear and gives up to 12 hours of protection on light days. How long you can go depends on your flow, so change it sooner if you need to.
Will it show under tight clothes?
No. It’s a seamless thong, so it stays smooth under leggings, dresses and tight jeans with no visible pant line.
How do I wash it?
Rinse in cold water after wearing, then machine wash at 40°C. Skip the fabric conditioner, because it can affect absorbency. Air dry only.
How long will it last, and how many pairs do I need?
Each pair lasts up to 2 years if you look after it. We recommend 5–7 pairs to get you through a full period.
